Resume Request

Employers

To receive resumes from our files, contact Emily Ewing at emily@aiacolorado.org. AIA Colorado will provide 3-7 resumes per request, depending on requirements and the number of resumes on file that fit your requirements at the time of the request.

  • AIA Members: Free (member name and member number required).
  • Non-AIA Members: $25 per month (30 days).

Include the following information in all requests for resumes:

  1. Name and member number (if applicable).
  2. Contact information (firm, phone, e-mail).
  3. Brief description of employee qualifications, for example: job title, years of experience, specific software requirements, etc. AIA Colorado will select individual resumes that best meet stated eligibility requirements.
  4. If you are a Non-AIA Member, please include payment with your request. We accept AmEx, MasterCard, Visa, checks and cash. If paying with a credit card, please include the name on the credit card, credit card #, expiration date, security code and billing address.

Job Seekers

AIA Colorado will keep your resume on file for four months. We receive approximately one to three requests per week from employers for resumes. The average resume is sent approximately 10-25 times throughout the four-month period, depending on qualifications and experience, and the number of employer requests received during that time. Your resume will be automatically removed from our file at the end of the four month period or if you notify us to remove it prior to the end of that time period.

  • AIA Members: $20 per four-month period (member name and member number required). Please include payment with your resume. We accept AmEx, MasterCard, Visa, checks and cash. If paying with a credit card, please include the name on the credit card, credit card #, expiration date, security code and billing address.
  • Non-AIA Members: This service is no longer available to non-members.
