Join AIA Denver from
noon – 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, for
Air Barriers for Exterior Walls, an Eat and Educate presented by Sto Corp. The program will be held at Van Gilder in the CTC Conference Room (
1515 Wynkoop, Ste. 200, Denver, CO 80202).
Attendees can earn 1.0 AIA HSW sustainable design (SD) continuing education learning unit. Under the state of Colorado's rules for continuing education for state licensure renewal, this program meets the requirements for 1.0 HSW CEH.
This seminar provides an overview of air barriers including the components involved and the integration into the building design, the differences between an air barrier and a vapor barrier, the standards and building codes that affect the use of air barriers and the advantages of fluid applied air/moisture barriers.
This program is free for all AIA Denver members and lunch will be provided by Sto Corp.
