AIA Colorado Professional Development Series

Registration is now closed for the AIA Colorado 2012 Professional Development Series: Business Foundations. The series is designed to deliver the training designers need most to help their firms run at the highest levels of productivity, focus, quality and efficiency.

The series consists of 10, once-monthly, three and a half hour sessions, which feature topics that increase firms’ success: managing finances, presentation skills, marketing and business development, writing skills and improving communications.

The series will provide attendees with 35 CEH credits for the series, which amounts to only $8.57 per credit hour for AIA and Professional Affiliate members.

  • July 10 - Marketing Plan (Stacy Stout, STOUTStrategies, & Dena Wyatt, Marketing Evolutions)
  • Aug. 14 - Accounting (Julie Jondahl & Rachel Schlepp, CliftonLarsonAllen)
  • Sept. 11 - Proposals (Amy Hopkins, Stantec)
  • Oct. 9 - Presentations (Dena Wyatt, Marketing Evolutions)
  • Nov. 13 - Technology - Social Media (Stan Wagner, Group14 Engineering)
AIA and Professional Affiliate Member Firm Owners: If you have administrative staff in your firms that you feel will benefit from participating in this series but are not currently AIA members, we will honor the AIA member rate for them to participate.
