AIA Contract Documents


AIA Colorado is a full-service distributor of AIA Contract Documents and forms. Members receive a 10-30% discount on all AIA copyright-protected contract documents. Our document inventory is well-stocked to fill orders. However, advance notice is appreciated for large orders so that we can replace our inventory and have documents available at all times. You may purchase contract documents at the AIA Colorado office, or place your order online. To purchase contract documents, contact Emily Ewing.

Firm Listings


The "Find an Architect" and "Find a Professional Affiliate" online searchable database requires that one of the principals of your firm is an AIA member. If you are not on this list and fit the criteria, need to update your information, or would like an upgraded listing, contact Alaina Gonzales.

AIA Colorado Career Center


The AIA Colorado Career Center is a unique service, solely dedicated to architectural jobs of all types. The AIA Colorado Classifieds are updated every Monday, and all ads posted are current. Our website averages 10,000 unique page-views per month, making this tool an excellent and reliable resource for those seeking employment or employees. The AIA Colorado website is advertised in a number of local and national publications, promoting exposure to the listed ads on a broader scale.

Resume Book


Job Seekers: The AIA Colorado Resume Book enables AIA Colorado members to place their single-page resumes on file at the AIA Colorado office for a period of four months. AIA Colorado receives approximately two to four requests for resumes per week, and distributes five to ten resumes per request. The average resume is copied, faxed or mailed approximately 35 times throughout the four-month period. You may submit your resume via fax 303.446.0066 or send via email to Emily Ewing.

The fee for posting a resume for four months is $20 for members and $30 for non-members.

Employers: Those interested in receiving resumes from the resume book can do so by contacting Emily Ewing or calling 303.446.2266. We will provide five-ten resumes per request. If you call in your request, please have your name and member number ready so that we may record your request.

This is a free service for our members. For all others, the service is $10 plus $1 per resume faxed or copied.

  • Name and Member Number (if applicable)
  • Contact Information (Firm, Address, Phone, Fax, Email)

Firm Profile


The AIA Colorado Firm Profile & Membership Directory is a statewide listing of all AIA members. The directory also includes resources for the general public and procurers of architectural services.
