The AIA Denver 2008 Design Awards Gala will take place on Friday, Sept. 5, at The Cable Center in Denver.
Open to government officials, city planners, members of the architectural-engineering-construction (AEC) industry and the general public, the gala will include cocktails, hors do'oeuvres and music.
The gala also will feature the presentation of the 2008 design awards by the Design Awards Jury Chair Manuel Cadrecha, AIA, design principal at Perkins + Will (Atlanta). The 2008 honor awards, including the prestigious Firm of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award.
