AIA Colorado Practice + Design Conference

Call for Exhibitors & Sponsors

In a year that AIA Colorado will play host to the 2013 AIA National Convention in Denver, our annual conference will capitalize on all of the momentum from the national event. This year, the Practice + Design Conference will take place Thursday, Oct. 10 through Saturday, Oct. 12, at the Keystone Resort and Conference Center in Keystone, Colo.

As our signature annual event, the Practice + Design Conference continues to grow. Last year, we hosted more than 450 architects and design professionals for three days of state-required continuing education and networking.The conference is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your products, projects and services. Exhibitors and sponsors include general contractors, engineers, consultants, product vendors and service providers from across the country.

Booth space pricing includes one (1) or two (2) conference registrations, which feature access to all sessions and meals during the two (2) exhibit days. A wide variety of sponsorships are available, several of which include complimentary registrations and all of which highlight your firm as a leader in the industry.

New this year, the exhibit floor will be open on Thursday and Friday (in previous years on Friday and Saturday) with the AIA Colorado Design Awards Gala taking place on Friday evening. This will allow exhibitors to attend our most prestigious awards program and capitalize on additional networking with industry peers and the top architecture firms in the state.

Please note that the early-bird deadline for display space is on Friday, July 26. The trade show will sell out this year so I encourage you to register soon to ensure one of your top space selections.

Planning Committee

Join the AIA Colorado 2013 Practice and Design Conference Committee. Committee members meet once or twice per month (depending on time of year) to help decide on the featured speakers and schedule for the conference.

Committee meetings take place in the AIA Colorado office (download the schedule) and can be attended either in person or via conference call.
